Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 45 years for post 01 & 16, 40 years for post no. 02 to 10, 13 & 17 to 21, 36 years for post no. 11, 12 & 14, 50 years for post no. 15 as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

General Instructions:
• The positions include benefits such as DA, HRA, free, EPF and other indirect benefits such as reimbursement of medical expenses of self and dependents, membership in protective care, subsidized canteen facility, leave encashment facility , transportation facility (selected locations only), housing loan interest subsidy, etc. if applicable for the respective category of employees of the Company.
• Age of the selection is calculated as the first day of January of the year in which the notification of the selection is released.
• Only the post-graduation experience will be considered for all above mentioned messages.
• The post qualification experience required must be purchased on or before the last day for the receipt of the request. Qualifications must be approved by the institutions.
• The selection process will be based on academic qualifications and experience and will also include written test test / proficiency (where necessary), discussion and / or interview group that could be decided by the total number of eligible candidates. The selection process will be held in Trivandrum.
• Documents to prove qualification, age, community, etc. The experience must be produced as and when requested. Candidates SC / ST should produce a caste certificate and OBC candidates having to produce a valid certificate of non-creamy layer at the time of certificate verification. Candidates are required to produce a certificate of equivalence where applicable to prove their academic eligibility for the selection process.

How to Pay Application Fee details:
• Eligible applicants would be required to apply online only by www.keltron.org/careers site Keltron. No other means / mode of application should be accepted.
• Before completing their applications on the site candidates must have valid ID e-mail, which must be valid for at least one year.
• Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500 / -. That the application fees online using State Bank Collect facility available at www.onlinesbi.com. There will be no application fee for SC / ST candidates.
